GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Dual, common cathode, ultra-fast, epitaxial rectifier diodes intended for use as output rectifiers in high frequency switched mode power supplies. The BYQ40EW series is supplied in the conventional leaded SOT429 (TO247) package.
